**Job Description: Warehouse Incharge - Finished Goods**

**Position Title**: Warehouse Incharge (Finished Goods)
**Location**: Uppalwadi, Kamptee Road, Nagpur
**Department**: Warehouse/Logistics
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: 4 to 6 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Management**:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations related to finished goods.
- Maintain proper storage, stacking, and handling of finished goods to ensure product safety and quality.
- Implement and enforce warehouse processes and policies.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and update inventory records accurately in the system.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage FIFO/LIFO techniques to maintain inventory freshness.
- **Dispatch Management**:

- Plan and oversee the dispatch and distribution of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation of dispatches (e.g., invoices, delivery challans).
- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and guide warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce preventive measures.
- Maintain records for audits and inspections related to finished goods.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and dispatches.
- Identify and report any issues or areas for improvement to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- **Experience**: 4 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably handling finished goods.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar tools).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with warehousing standards, quality protocols, and safety regulations.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy in inventory management.
- On-time dispatch rate.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies and damages.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards.
