**Job Title**: Depot Incharge / Warehouse Incharge

**Location**: NAGPUR (M.H)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in warehouse/depot management

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise overall depot/warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control.
- Implement and monitor **LIFO/FIFO inventory methods** to ensure optimal stock rotation and minimize wastage or obsolescence.
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Conduct **internal and external audits**; ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory software.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including reporting, inventory planning, and coordination with vendors.
- Ensure timely dispatches and reduce delays in supply chain processes.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within the depot.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in warehouse/depot management.
- Strong understanding of **LIFO and FIFO** inventory practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho).
- Experience in handling **audits** and compliance requirements.
- Excellent **multitasking**, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
