**Job Overview**:
The Godown Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role requires effective inventory management, team supervision, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations to meet organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the godown, ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure proper inventory management, conducting regular stock checks and updating stock records.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the safety of workers and the goods stored in the godown.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks, training, and ensuring high performance.
- Coordinate with other departments like procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of goods.
- Perform periodic audits of stock to ensure discrepancies are mínimal.
- Handle incoming goods and verify them with purchase orders.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with transporters for the timely dispatch of goods.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns regarding warehouse operations.
