Freelance Performance Marketer Roles and Responsibilities:*

We're looking for someone who can:

- Create and execute marketing plans to attract and keep customers.
- Analyze data from campaigns to improve strategies and attract more customers.
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for smooth marketing execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and share insights.
- Keep up with new trends and tools in digital marketing.
- Follow ethical marketing practices and company policies.
- Manage marketing budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
- Innovate and experiment with new marketing approaches.
- Communicate with stakeholders about campaign performance and gather feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2to 3 years in performance marketing or a related field.
- **Degree**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- **Skills**:

- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of current marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and implement optimizations.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Adherence to ethical marketing practices.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
