About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for managing ad budgets, analyzing performance, and improving ROI for our clients' campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and optimize to improve ROI
- Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Manage ad budgets effectively
- Work with the design and content teams for creatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Knowledge of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and data-driven approach to marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO or marketing automation tools
- Google Ads or Meta certification
- Basic design or video editing skills
