Performance Marketer

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Develop, track, and analyze campaign performance dashboards and reports
- Perform audience research and segmentations to refine targeting strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rate improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Retargeting
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation, tracking pixels, and attribution models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO and CRO is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
