Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage budgets, audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing.
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to maximize ROI.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Build automation workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, drip) using Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Set up trigger-based journeys for personalized engagement and integrate with CRM for lead tracking and scoring.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI.
- Create dashboards and reports, conduct funnel analysis, attribution tracking & recommend data-driven improvements.
Collaboration
- Work with content, design, and sales teams to align creatives and messaging.
- Contribute ideas for experimentation, growth strategies, and campaign optimization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of KPIs and ROI optimization
