**Job Title : Quantity Surveyor - Civil Finishes**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Qualification**: Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineer

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**A) Quantity Estimation**
- Calculate material quantities and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil finishing works such as flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, wall finishes, and other interior works.
- Conduct site measurements and verify contractor/subcontractor work.

**B) Cost Estimation & Budgeting**:

- Estimate project costs and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor costs to avoid overruns.

**C) Billing & Documentation**:

- Prepare interim and final bills for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Verify contractor bills and ensure compliance with the approved BOQ.
- Maintain records of material consumption and wastage.

**D) Tendering & Contract Management**:

- Assist in preparing tender documents, contract agreements, and rate analysis.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing.

**E) Site Coordination & Verification**:

- Conduct regular site visits to check material consumption and work progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors for timely execution.

**F) Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure work is executed as per project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and submit cost reports to management.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and material take-offs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
