**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand design drawings and work proactively on quantity estimation
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
- Analyze and compare bids from contractors and suppliers
- Monitor and control project costs
- Prepare and submit regular cost reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 4-6 years of experience in quantity surveying within the real estate or construction industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
- **Proficiency**: Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools essential for cost estimation and contract management.
- **Software Proficiency**: MS Office
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Professional certification in quantity surveying or a related field
