Front Office Executive

You will assist in coordination between the guests visiting the club and the administrative team. Primarily responsible to ensure that Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
2. Attend to a visitor or customer present physically at Club. Answers guests inquires, handles complaints and attend to the needs of the guests.
3. Provide information about the services and products of the club.
4. Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
5. Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and orderly appearance and behavior.
6. Assists in sending guest messages or calling the clients for special offers, discounts, renewals and AMC
7. Handles guest complaints and other related problems and reports on the Manager’s logbook.
8. Promotes and maintains good public relations.
9. Maintains and be guided of hotel policy on credit/lost and found hotel guests properties.
10. Conducts and ensures the neatness of appearance of front office attendant as well as correct attitude and behaviour, discusses problems that encountered on this point with the front office manager, assistant front office manager and their shift leaders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
