Front Office Executive

**Job Summary**
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at the resort, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent guest service throughout their stay. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently using the resort’s Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processes.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable.
- Promote resort facilities, amenities, and special offers to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software (IDS, Opera, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns diplomatically.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office operations (resort/hotel experience preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
