**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** with around **1 year of professional experience** to join our growing design team. You will play a key role in designing user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Translate business and user requirements into effective UI/UX design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, or Trello for project collaboration.
