**Job Title**: Freelance UI/UX Designer**Experience Required**: 3 to 4 years**Location**: Remote**Job Type**: Freelance / Project-Based**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain design systems.
- Deliver design assets and specifications in a timely and organized manner.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and UX best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with agile teams.
- Familiarity with animation/motion design tools.
