We are looking for a highly motivated and creative **UI/UX Designer (Fresher)** with strong knowledge of design principles and a passion for creating engaging user interfaces. As part of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design of our software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using **Figma** and other design tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design iterations.
- Create user personas, customer journeys, and detailed user flows to enhance user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve designs.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital products by following design guidelines and standards.
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to enhance designs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility of designs and deliver the best possible user experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in engineering(B. Tech / B. E.), Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as **Figma**, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional UI/UX designs (projects, internships, or personal work).
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, React) is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create clean, user-centered designs that align with the product vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think from a user's perspective.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Familiarity with **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design.
- Experience in creating animations or micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of design systems and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of **Agile methodologies** and experience in collaborative design processes.
