**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

**Location**: Ahmadabad
**Salary**: ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
**Intern Stipend**: ₹6,000 per month
**Experience**: 0.6 to 1 Years (Freshers with strong Figma skills can apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and define **user experience design requirements** for digital assets.
- Design and create **UI elements** such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Develop and conceptualize comprehensive **UI/UX design strategies** aligned with the brand.
- Produce high-quality **UX design solutions** including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and flow diagrams.
- Test and refine UI elements like CTAs, banners, layouts, and page flows.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal/external teams to deliver engaging user experiences.
- Provide insights on **UX research methodologies** to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Ensure all designs align with **typography and graphic design standards**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS (SCSS)** is a plus.

**Qualifications**:Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in **Figma** (Photoshop or other tools are not used).
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of **UI/UX design principles**, **color theory**, and **typography**.
- Proven ability to create designs based on **layout principles** and **aesthetic concepts**.
- Experience with HTML and CSS (SCSS) is an added advantage.

- **2-month notice period**.
- **Work From Home** is only allowed during exceptional circumstances like a pandemic.
