## **Job Summary**
## **Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- **Customer Support & Satisfaction**: Actively monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and resolving any issues or challenges promptly. Proactively address potential concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Identify Opportunities for Upselling & Cross-selling**: Understand client needs and business objectives to identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with their goals.
- **Account Management**: Oversee the management of assigned client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlines are met. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution.
- **Client Onboarding & Training**: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing product or service training and ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and project status. Provide regular reports on account health, client performance, and areas for improvement to management.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on client goals, expectations, and project timelines.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with industry trends, company products, and services to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
## **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult client situations effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
## **Preferred Skills**
- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance, etc.]
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
