**Job summary**

Key Responsibilities
- **3D Modeling**: Develop detailed 3D models of structures using Tekla software for various construction projects.
- **Structural Detailing**: Create accurate and detailed structural drawings and plans from the 3D models.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Clash Detection**: Perform clash detection in Tekla to identify and resolve conflicts between different structural elements.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to the Tekla models, ensuring they meet all project specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all models and drawings adhere to the standards and quality requirements set by the company and clients.
- **Software Proficiency**: Tekla Structures

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 4-7 years of experience in Tekla modeling within the real estate or industrial sector.
- **Education**: B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Tekla software, strong understanding of structural engineering principles, and excellent communication skills.
- **Work Environment**: Willingness to work full-time in an office-based environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
