**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled **Tekla Modeler** with hands-on experience in creating accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication/shop drawings for steel/rebar/structural elements. The role requires close coordination with engineers, detailers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of error-free drawings and models.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop 3D structural models using **Tekla Structures** as per project requirements.
- Prepare **shop drawings, fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and rebar detailing**.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for resolving discrepancies.
- Update and maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Generate **BOMs, reports, and CNC/NC files** from Tekla.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and deadlines of all deliverables.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
- **1-4 years** of experience as Tekla Modeler (Steel / Rebar / Precast).
- Proficiency in **Tekla Structures (mandatory)**.
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools** is an added advantage.
- Understanding of structural drawings, detailing standards, and construction practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
