We're Hiring – Tekla Modeler

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tekla Modeler to join our structural engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, fabrication drawings, and GA drawings using Tekla Structures software for steel and RCC structures. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of structural detailing and be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop 3D models in Tekla Structures for steel and concrete structures.
  • Generate GA drawings, assembly drawings, single-part drawings, and material lists (BOQ/BOM) from Tekla models.
  • Coordinate with design engineers and project leads to ensure models meet design intent and project standards.
  • Update and revise models and drawings as per design changes or site requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables are compliant with company and project quality standards.
  • Detect and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model prior to issuance.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines (architectural, mechanical, etc.) to maintain design consistency.
  • Maintain version control and proper documentation of all models and drawings.
  • Support project teams with model exports for BIM coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Tekla Structures modeling and detailing.
  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures (steel & RCC), and understanding of fabrication & erection standards.
  • Knowledge of AISC, BS, IS or equivalent detailing standards.
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings, connection detailing, and fabrication requirements.
  • Ability to interpret design intent and communicate effectively with engineers and project managers.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with BIM workflows and model coordination.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks or Revit for model integration.
  • Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Work Timings:

8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexible 9 hours/day)

Saturday & Sunday: Off

Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
