Job Location : Pune

Position : Tekla Precast Lead

Experience : Minimum 8 years

Qualification : BE/B.Tech - (Civil)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Should have minimum experience of 08 Years on Tekla structures and progressive responsibility for planning, and monitoring of precast projects.
  • Should have experience on precast concrete structures, US and Europe project experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tekla modelling (concrete/fixtures/reinforcement) for models up to LOD 350 for commonly used precast elements.
  • Should be familiar with creation of Tekla custom components. Familiarity with Tekla API is preferred.
  • Should be familiar with creation of drawing templates, template editor.
  • Must have experience of coordinating Tekla modelling projects with international clients from US and Europe.
  • Should have experience in leading a team of 10 members.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management, invoicing, and Team Leadership.
  • Prepare effort estimation and list of deliverables to be produced.
  • Understanding scope of project, plan resources accordingly.
  • Planning, directing, managing project activities. Daily project task allocation to team. Conduct review meetings.
  • Spot checking to ensure quality of deliverables which is in form of either model or drawings.
  • Co-ordination with client
  • Mentoring junior and intermediate team members in all aspects of Tekla tool and on precast concrete.
