Responsibilities

· Creating 3D / BIM models of precast concrete structures as per the engineering input

· Preparing structural drawings / details as per the engineering input

· General Arrangement drawings (Plans, elevations, sections, details etc.)

· Preparing of all types of element shop drawings as per the engineering input

· Precast element shop drawings (slabs, purlins, girders, beams, parapets, canopies, wall panels, stairs, columns, ice beams, foundations etc.)

· Reinforcement detailing according to Factory Standards / Eurocode

· Detailing of precast connections as per the engineering input

· Checking of BIM Model, General Arrangement drawings and Shop Drawings

· Controlling revisions / changes along the (BIM) modeling and drafting process

· Working according to the assigned issues on the project management board

· Training new Detailers / Draughtsmen as per the workflow and standards

Formal Requirements

· Minimum ITI certification in Drafting and preferably Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship

· At least 7 years experience as a Structural Draughtsman / Detailer

· At least 3 years of experience as a Precast Detailer

· Software skills: 3D-CAD e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, TEKLA, ALLPLAN, RebarCAD etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
