**Sales Marketing Executive**

Talant Cubicle HR Solution is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Marketing Executive to join our Client Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling our substation and switchyard solutions to clients in the power sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and ultimately driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned product lines within the substation and switchyard domain.

Identify and qualify potential customers in the power sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

Prepare and present sales reports and analysis.

Travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Qualifications**:
**B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).**

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in substation, switchyard, or transmission industry (mandatory).

Marketing background or experience in a similar role is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of the power sector and its challenges.

Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

**Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 per month.**

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Full-time).**
