1 Updating weekly shift schedule. Monitoring shift production, absenteeism & overtime.

2 Coordinating with suppliers for material & with team members for day's planning.

3 Ensuring smooth running of KANBAN. Updating daily production reports & providing shop MIS.

4 Updating daily plan v/s actual sheet for loss analysis. Ensuring shop floor housekeeping.

5 Getting trained & then training blue collars & contract labor supervisors.

6 Understanding customer demand / urgencies & planning production accordingly.

7 Understanding customer complaints & improving shop floor practices accordingly.

8 Optimizing shop floor inventory & achieving production lead time as per set targets.
