Job Description:

Hiring for Tool Room Production Supervisor in Press tool Manufacturing Industry

Department: - Tool Room

Experience: 3 to 5 Years 

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Planning of Tool & Dies production

Responsible for Tool trial, buy-off & try out.

Project Strategy & Capacity planning for new projects

Constantly follow up of new tool manufacturing with timeline and monitoring part quality as required by the customer

New supplier selection and development for commodities

Responsible for In-House Final Buyoff & Buyoff at Customer End.

Implement a new tool design concept to increase tool life

Identify all issues in a team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards.

Coordination with the designer about manufacturing problems

Understanding 2D & 3D models of Die and its components.

Planning All Pre machining Processes i.e.(Milling, Grinding, Drilling, CNC, VMC) And Assembly of dies And Try-Out.

Trial and problem solving till final commissioning.

Static & Dynamic review done as per the relevant customer check sheet.

The vendor follows ups for outdoor assembly/parts

Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly Monthly –checklist, task list & History cards.

Modification & correction work of tools & dies
