**The Challenge**

1. Manufacturing of Instrument transformers (CT, PT, EMVT) in BIC factory.

2. Execution of daily production plan as per the defined schedule.Maintaining production data as required at every stages of manufacturing

3. Usage of all machines and tools resources in efficient manner

4. Communication of any abnromality /flaws observed during production to Station supervisor.

5. Implementation of all EHS guidelines as applicable at each manufacturing stage as instructed or mentioned in SOP/Risk statements. Reporting Unsafe/safe/good practices in area of responsibility.

6. Operating Winding machines, Overhead Cranes, Battery operated pallet trucks as required at respective stages of manufacturing

7. Helps team in ideating for productivity/Safety/quality improvement in manufacturing function

8. Efficient participation in programs of Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous improvement, compliance, and corporate governance, EHS and Quality guidelines.

1. You should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering with total experience of 1-2 years

2. You will understand the manufacturing and assembly drawing.

3. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.

4. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors

5. Must be able to executive the defined routine tasks in line with defined set of procedures/instructions.

6. Must have quality orientation towards the acitivities being carried out in safest manner in which individual and others safety is not compromised

7. Must have ability to define the problem statement precisely and support team in resolving the issues.

8. Must have basic knowledge and capable of using tools and equipments used in manufacturing set up.
