As a junior team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of microbiological samples. Your primary responsibility will be to execute analysis and produce reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Analyze and review samples based on work allocation to meet service level agreements.">
  3. Report errors, abnormal observations, non-compliances related to procedures, equipment, and instruments, and deliver results promptly to facilitate timely action.">
  4. Document entries, raw data, and findings concomitantly in relevant test data sheets to facilitate lab QA review.">
  5. Evaluate and document instrument/equipment breakdowns and suggest mechanisms to avoid similar issues.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology.">
  • 2 years of experience in Microbiology.">
  • Strong domain knowledge and people management skills.">
  • Collaborative mindset, ability to innovate, perform with accountability, lead with empathy, act with agility, and succeed in a team environment.">
