Role Summary

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of business solutions, working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Assist in developing and implementing business solutions that meet client requirements
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar field
  • Degree in Engineering or Management is desirable
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and user-story creation tools
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to work with a range of software applications
