Business Process Analyst Position


This is a Junior Business Analyst role that involves driving the implementation of business processes and solutions.


The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles, with a background in Engineering or Management. Experience with SDLC methodologies, user-story creation and defect tracking tools (e.g., IBM, JIRA, Azure) is highly desirable.


Key responsibilities include assisting the Product Solution Lead/Manager in driving the implementation of business solutions, understanding and analyzing client requirements, and translating these requirements into functional solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with SMEs/Product Owners and Clients to establish exact requirements and manage expectations.


The role also involves participating in full life cycle design, development, and testing phases, identifying issues, conducting analysis, and drawing conclusions. Additionally, the candidate will work with technical teams on user stories, answer business questions and concerns raised by clients, and maintain requirements traceability.


In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, have experience working in a technical environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of US healthcare domain, SQL, JSON, RDB, and experience in configuration/implementation of BPM or document management tools are added advantages.
