Data-Driven Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from stakeholders.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from stakeholders, under guidance.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to understand client needs and business goals.
- Create and maintain basic documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), flowcharts, and use cases.
- Support the creation of mock-up screens and process flows to visualize business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, and Project Management) to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Learn to perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems or processes.
- Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining status reports.
- Help in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities by coordinating with users and capturing feedback.
- Learn and apply basic tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio in business documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visio is a plus.
