Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions processed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting their growth and development within the company.
- Assist in managing process risks and ensuring controls are adequate, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Conduct quality checks on work done by colleagues to ensure outputs meet the required standards.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of corporate actions, trade life cycles, market value calculation, accruals calculation, net asset value calculation, and statement review.
- Experience with asset management, pricing, statement analysis, and transaction mirroring.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, stakeholders, and management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Relevant industry knowledge, as evidenced by 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
