oversee shift-wise production activities in our *SS & MS fabrication section*. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Oversee *sheet metal fabrication processes* (grinding, TIG/MIG/spot/projection welding, assembly).

  • Manage *material knowledge*, fabrication equipment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to *quality standards & safety protocols* (PPE, procedures).
  • Implement *productivity improvement techniques* (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, jigs/fixtures).
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team.
  • Optimize processes to *reduce non-productive time*.
