**Job Title: Sales Executive - FMCG**
**Experience**: 15-20 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
3. Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to drive business growth.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance.
**Requirements**:
1. 15-20 years of experience in sales (FMCG industry).
2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
