**Job Profile**:We are looking for an experienced and energetic **FMCG Sales Executive (Offline Sales)** to drive product placement and increase sales across retail stores, organic shops, wellness centers, hotels, hospitals and supermarkets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential retail outlets to pitch Satopradhan’s FMCG product range
- Ensure product availability and visibility in general trade and health stores to smooth out the Sales.
- Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors to enhance the sales results.
- Take and follow up on orders regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the team
- Collect feedback from retailers and customers for continuous improvement in order to multiply the sales.
- Keep records of daily visits, calls, and collections

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **FMCG sales** or retail field sales (Offline)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of natural/organic products is a plus
- Should be self-motivated, honest, and target-oriented
