Our goal is to provide the products you need in a fast, cost-effective and friendly manner. **Responsibilities**: - Tool Room & Development Supervisor-Manufacturing. - Machine shop establish & In House Manufacturing Development for Machine Shop. Working With ERP System - Mainly Related To Manufacturing - oracle, Sap, IMMS, D365. - Designing with Solid Work & AutoCAD, Master cam Software. - Updating Routing in ERP Making for Components. - Tools and Fixtures Designing For Machine Shop for Development. - Machine wise planning. - Time Study for Cycle Time Reduction & Implementation. - Machine Setups and adherence to S.O.P. - Cutting Tools procurement. - Knowledge of Various Types of CNC Cutting Tools & Assembly Tools. - Procurement of CNC Cutting Tools, Hand Tools, Fixtures As Required By Manufacturing Shops - Insert & Tool Cost Reduction. - 8 years’ Experience Programming 2d And 3d With Master Cam Software. - VMC Setter Programming With 5 Years of Experience.. - Overall 8 Year Experience of Tool-Crib and Tools Inventory Management. - Strong Man-Power Handling to Increase Productivity &Workload Planning For Each CNC, VMC, M/Cs. - Monitoring Daily Production against Target and Also Review in Weekly Meeting. - supply chain management - Prepared MIS Report & Send To Management. - CNC / VMC Programming - OEE Measurement Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
