**Machine setup**:

- Studying engineering drawings and work instructions to understand required dimensions, tolerances, and machining operations.
- Selecting and mounting appropriate cutting tools, work holding devices, and fixtures on the CNC machine.
- Setting machine parameters like spindle speed, feed rate, coolant flow, and depth of cut based on material and desired finish.
- Aligning and securing the work piece on the machine table.
- **CNC programming (basic)**:

- Entering CNC program codes to define the machining sequence, including movements, cutting paths, and tool changes.
- Making minor adjustments to existing CNC programs as needed.
- **Machine operation**:

- Loading raw material onto the machine.
- Starting the CNC machine and monitoring its operation to identify potential issues.
- Performing trial runs to verify accuracy and make adjustments as required.
- Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality compliance.
- **Quality control**:

- Regularly checking and documenting quality parameters like dimensions, surface finish, and tolerances.
- Identifying and reporting any quality discrepancies to supervisors.
- **Maintenance and troubleshooting**:

- Performing basic machine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
- Identifying and reporting machine malfunctions to maintenance personnel
- Complete knowledge of CNC machine operation.
- Maintain the computer numerical control machine on a day-to-day basis and ensure that is running smoothly
- Lead and execute test runs, as a CNC machine worker
- Inspect the finished products and ensure that it is on with the blueprint
- Keep a record of the machine’s actions
- Plan stock inventory and spearhead the process of ordering and acquiring parts.
- Turn instructions into computer commands that lead to action.
- Create metal parts or components as per the design blueprint.
- Know the in and out of the CNC Operating system to make work effortless
- CNC programmer work knowledge.
- Work on the complete lifecycle of the CNC Operator Work, from design and set up to production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
