- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.

- **Operation and Monitoring**:

- Operate CNC machines and monitor their performance.
- Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine settings.
- Report any issues or deviations to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machining is highly advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of G-codes and CNC programming.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
- **Education**:

- Background qualification in CNC machining, including milling and turning.
- **Other**:

- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including potential shift work12.
