As a CNC Programmer in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our CNC shop floor. Your responsibilities will include generating CNC programs for all machines, educating operators on any queries they may have, and maintaining fluency in MastermCAM Software. It will be your duty to uphold proper cleanliness and organization in the CNC shop floor and plan scheduled maintenance for all machines.

You will oversee all the manpower within the CNC Department, which includes managing the complete hiring process. Ensuring the quality of machined parts as per the drawing specifications will be essential, along with identifying opportunities to optimize machining processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency. You will maintain accurate records of production metrics, machine maintenance, and employee performance while also being responsible for managing tools, inserts, and cutter records on the shop floor.

In addition, you will be tasked with developing fixtures to optimize the machining process and reduce cycle time. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as leave encashment and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
