**Job Summary/Objective**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, architect, and implement event-driven solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Solace components effectively.
- Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of Solace-based solutions.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for optimizing integration patterns using Solace.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Solace platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Solace implementation.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Solace platform.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
- Proven ability to design and implement integration solutions using Solace.
- Experience with other event-driven technologies and messaging systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
