Contract Services Administrators are part of the accounting team who work closely with Gallup sales and consulting leaders as admin experts on all contract and financial matters. You will identify contract risks and make recommendations to mitigate or eliminate such risks. You will analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures.

You will become a trusted advisor to the sales efforts of the company using Gallup’s best practice processes and standard rate cards. Once a contract has been won, you must register and set up budgets in systems to monitor and track project financials. To ensure best practices when supporting the teams, you will have strong administrative and executive skills. You will also have the courage to stand up for what is right, project confidence to the client teams and push back if necessary.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years’ work experience in administration, contracts, billing, claims processing, budgeting, customer service, or a similar field required
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Fluency in English is essential
- Applicants must be eligible to work in India on a full-time basis
