APAC Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Marketing Professional
to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and regional campaigns across the
APAC region
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing multi-channel marketing initiatives, strong cross-cultural understanding, and the ability to adapt global marketing strategies to regional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage
regional marketing campaigns
aligned with global brand objectives. - Localize global marketing content to ensure
cultural and market relevance
within APAC countries. - Develop and manage
digital marketing initiatives
including email campaigns, paid media, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts. - Collaborate with
sales and product teams
to drive demand generation and support go-to-market plans. - Manage
events, webinars, and trade shows
across APAC markets, including vendor coordination and post-event analysis. - Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
- Manage relationships with regional
media, PR, and agency partners
. - Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. - Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in
regional marketing
or
B2B marketing
within APAC (preferably in tech, manufacturing, or service-based industries). - Strong understanding of
digital marketing platforms
(LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.). - Excellent
communication and storytelling
skills in English (knowledge of an Asian language is a plus). - Ability to work effectively across
multiple time zones and cultures
. - Proficiency in
data-driven marketing
and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, etc.). - Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or Marketing certification (e.g., Digital Marketing, HubSpot, Google Ads) preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in
regional campaign management
or
demand generation
for APAC markets. - Exposure to
content marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing
. - Prior work experience in a
global or matrix organization
is an advantage.
