Are you passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll services in a dynamic, multi-country environment? Join our APAC Payroll Team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless payroll processing and statutory compliance across the region.
Job Summary
As a Payroll Team Member within the APAC Payroll Team, you will be responsible for processing payroll and remitting statutory remittance accurately and timely for the APAC location. You will maintain emphasis within the team on deadlines, quality, knowledge, communication, data privacy, control procedures, and continuous improvement on performance standards in a multi-country payroll environment. You will be part of a team that believes in continuous enhancement to create efficiency
Job responsibilities
- Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently
- Complete employer obligations around tax filing and other regulatory reporting
- Interact closely with Payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including all HR teams for business needs
- Managing External and Internal Audits
- Lead projects connected to HR Operations deliverables
- Manage process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate with 7+ years/Ops Experience
- Exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management
- Knowledge of multinational payroll and SAP or other payroll processing ERPs
- Excellent organization and time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
- Very strong calculation / analytical skills
- Strong execution skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project Management skills
- APAC Payroll experience
- Certification in any Intelligent Automation tool
