**Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive( Inside Sales)**
**Location**: Hyderabad **Department**: Sales / Business Development **Reports To**: Sales Manager
**CTC : 3,00,000 PA**
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a confident and articulate **Pre-Sales Executive** to demonstrate our hospital software solutions to prospective clients. The role involves understanding hospital operations, showcasing product value effectively, and supporting the sales team throughout the client engagement process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging **product demonstrations** to hospital administrators and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and tailor demos to address their specific challenges.
- Clearly explain how the product adds value to hospital operations and patient management.
- Collaborate with the sales team for scheduling demos, following up with leads, and capturing feedback.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information about product modules and capabilities.
- Stay updated on new product features and enhancements.
- Maintain demo details, client interactions, and insights in CRM tools.
- Share feedback with internal teams to improve demo effectiveness and product positioning.
**Requirements**:
- **Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)** or **(BBA)**equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in **pre-sales, hospital software, or healthcare operations.**:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of hospital workflows such as registration, billing, pharmacy, and lab.
- Ability to present technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with hospital leadership.
