**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the client’s requirements and determine if you are a good fit for the project.
- Write personalized, compelling proposals for each job, addressing the client’s needs.
- Demonstrate clear communication and show enthusiasm for the project.
- Submit bids on relevant projects within the specified timeframes.
- Stay updated on client feedback and adjust your bidding strategy accordingly.
- Communicate with potential clients to discuss project details, ask questions, and clarify expectations.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Strong negotiation and client rapport skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Knowledge of different industries and project types on Upwork.
- Ability to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
