We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join in Paharganj Delhi. In this exciting role, you will play a critical role in fostering positive customer relationships throughout the sales and service lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Qualify incoming sales leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Assist sales representatives with customer interactions, including scheduling appointments and test drives.
- Answer customer inquiries about services.
- Follow up with customers after their initial visit and address any questions or concerns.
- Prepare sales contracts and other necessary paperwork.

**Customer Services**:

- Schedule service appointments and ensure service orders are accurate and complete.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status, repairs, and estimated costs.
- Assist customers with warranty claims.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement within the dealership.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry (a plus).
- Experience with automotive CRM systems (a plus).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
