Position Title**: Business Associate (E-commerce)**

**Job Overview**:
The Business Associate (E-commerce) plays a vital role in supporting the growth and success of the e-commerce operations within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various teams to drive sales, optimize processes, and enhance the overall customer experience in the online marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Assist in developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Ø Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.

Ø Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for product launches, promotions, and pricing optimization.

Ø Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

Ø Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to drive engagement and sales.

Ø Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Ø Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Ø Provide timely and efficient customer support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ø Monitor customer feedback and reviews, responding promptly and taking proactive measures to address concerns and improve satisfaction.

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and targeted outreach efforts.

Ø Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and e-commerce metrics, such as sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.

Ø Analyse data trends and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and inform strategic decision-making.

Ø Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting areas for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Ø Fresher Can also Apply.

Ø Excellent communication in English, Hindi is essential

Ø Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ø Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)

- Kannur, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kannur, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
