Duties and responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
- **Market Assessment**: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Analyze the competitive landscape to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and identify unique selling propositions.
Business Development
- **Identify Opportunities**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated area, including potential clients, partners, and markets.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
- **Client Acquisition**: Develop strategies to attract and secure new clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Relationship Management
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with local stakeholders, including community leaders, business associations, and other relevant entities to support business development efforts.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- **Sales Targets**: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the area.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
Territory Management
- **Territory Planning**: Develop and execute territory plans to optimize coverage and maximize business opportunities.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze the performance of the area, including sales data, customer feedback, and market conditions, to adjust strategies as needed.
Marketing and Promotion
- **Local Marketing**: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and attract customers.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Reporting and Documentation
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research findings.
Collaboration and Coordination
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to market entry and growth.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to local sales teams and partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell the company’s products or services.
Strategy Development
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans for the area.
- **Innovation**: Identify innovative approaches to penetrate the market and expand the company’s footprint.
Customer Service and Support
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Feedback Loop**: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
