- As a team manager you will be a part of the Aluminuim phase operation and will report to the Section Head.
The purpose of your role will be handling Shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation and meet Daily Production Target of Engine components produced in Aluminium Phase with optimum utilization of resources.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparation of all the documents related to DWM & their analysis e.g. control charts, Process sheets, Inspection sheets and machine check sheets.
2.Daily Monitoring of Prod. Targets as per customer requirements & takt time
3.Arranging and tackling manpower according to working pattern
4.Maintaining the Documentation as per requirements of IMS
6.Exposure of Production Measurable functions PQCDSM
7.Calculating line efficiency and OEE data
8.Implementation of TPM activity on shop floor
9.Line Balancing by following JIT methodology
10.Ensure 5S & daily maintain in working area
11.Tool Life Monitoring & Tool Cost Analysis
12.Leading and motivating the team to give Suggestion, perform Kaizens..
13.Managing shop floor by conducting shop floor management index and submitting the action plan for any gap.**A Day in the life**
- Handling Shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation and meet Daily Production Target of Engine components produced in Aluminium Phase with optimum utilization of resources.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of CrankCase and Cylinder Head machining operation
- Hands on Experience of different machining operations CNC (fanuc control), SPM,Cutting tool geometry, Robot programming & trouble shooting

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Practitioner Level of 5S, TPM & IMS Execution.
- Problem Solving Approach
- 7 QC tools
- Basic Awareness of JIT methodology
- SAP PP Module

**Behavioural Skills**
- People management skills
- Problem Solving and Decision making skills
