Role

As a TM/LI - Weld Shop you will be a part of Plant operations and will report to Section Head.

Your role will be:

To ensure timely delivery of defect free un-painted parts for vehicle production & SPD as per daily vehicle production plan with optimum utilization of resources

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1) Shift wise production planning along with man power deployment

2) Ensure defect free quality product to customer

3) Process Improvement and New development for achieving defect free output

4) Implement TPM practices in Shop and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve efficiency of the section

5) Weld shop & Die Maint. preventive Maintenance activities

6) To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge of welding process, equipment's & preventive maintenance of weld Shop. Analytical Approach and its usage for sustained improvement, Customer focus, Listening, Conflict Management.

Behavioural Skills

Building Effective Team, able to think innovatively to improve the existing process, Effective manpower management
