A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities include but not limited to-

1. Ensure manufacturing of high quality products to ensure compliance with global standards

1. Plan and lead quality improvement activities and initiatives impacting Build Up Quality

2. Support in building a flexible production system designed to ensure smooth mass production, pre-empt losses, and defect free launch/ramp-up of new models.

A Day in the life

You will be working on day-to-day basis on following-

1. Analysis of internal and external failures

1. identify and execute improvement projects

2. identify and audit critical to quality stages

3. Effective functioning of CTQ machines

4. Implementation of QM Matrix of CTQ Machine

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. Graduation/Diploma in Engineering/PaintTechnology
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, and 2-3 years in an automotive firm

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Knowledge of Paint Testing in automobile

2. Product, process & systems knowledge

3. Auditing Skills

4. Understanding of paint formulations, curing processes, and various application techniques like spray, dip, and robotic painting

5. Knowledge of Core Quality Tools (7QC Tools, PFMEA, Problem Solving)
