- As a team manager you will be a part of the Engine assembly and will report to the Section Head-Engine Assembly
The purpose of your role will be handling Shift production in-charge of Engine Assembly and Meet Daily Production Target of Engine Assembly with optimum utilization of resources.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include
- Preparation of all the documents related to DWM & their analysis e.g. CLRI, Process sheets, Inspection sheets and machine check sheets.
- Daily Monitoring of Prod. Targets as per customer requirements & takt time
- Arranging and tackling manpower according to working pattern
- Maintaining the Documentation as per requirements of IMS
- Exposure of Production Measurable functions PQCDSM
- Calculating line efficiency and OEE data
- Implementation of TPM activity on shop floor
- Line Balancing by following JIT methodology
- Ensure 5S & improvement in working area
- Manufacturing Variable Cost Monitoring & Tool Cost Analysis
- Leading and motivating the team to give Suggestions and perform Kaizens..
- Managing shop floor by conducting shop floor management audit and submitting the action plan for any gap.

- handling Shift production in-charge of Engine Assembly and Meet Daily Production Target of Engine Assembly with optimum utilization of resources.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Btech in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of Assembly operation (Preferably Engine Assembly)
- Hands on Experience of different operations like Pull Press, Bearing Press, Washing Machine, Torqueing Tools, Sealant Application, etc

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Practitioner Level of 5S, TPM & IMS Execution.
- Problem Solving Approach
- 7 QC tools
- Basic Awareness of JIT methodology
- SAP PP Module

**Behavioural Skills**
- People management skills
- Problem Solving and Decision making skills
- Effective Communication skill
- Collaborative approach with supporting stake holders
